~A Family Perspective~
Children learn by watching us.
Do they see you helping others like the Good Samaritan,
or avoiding them like the Levite in today's gospel?
Frequently, it's more important to be
concerned about what your children observe
in your actions than what they see on TV or tech.
Reflect on that.

~Parenting Pointers~
“It’s not only a matter of what
screen-based media promotes,
but what they prevent.”
(Raising Kids Who Will Make a Difference)
All of us like to veg out occasionally
but too much screen time robs kids
of time to play outside, be artistic,
create their own games and fun.
Limit screen time.
~Marriage Moments~
If you’re too busy to pray, you’re too busy.
Pick a specific, regular time to pray for your spouse each day,
such as, “Dear God, bless ___ today.”
It might be when you start the car,
wash your hands, brush your teeth, etc.
It doesn’t take much time,
just extra awareness of your beloved
and entrusting him or her to God’s care.
